This is a 24" tall plush modelled after the character "Derpy Hooves" from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. A project which has taken over a year, first constructing a chicken-wire pony model, then using it to make a pattern, and finally sewing it all together!

Only two of these were ever made. One was given to a good friend for their Birthday, the other was sold in the UK Pony Con 2021 charity auction for £1,400!
