Model Railway

Finished (more or less) in 2017, this was a long project aimed to build a model railway with an automated signalling system. The track-side London Underground style wiring, not only looks awesome (I think so) but also provides current for locomotives and signals!

A bank of relays underneath switches different sections of track (11 in total) between 3 controllers (yes this is NOT a DCC controlled railway!). Relays are controlled from a Raspberry Pi computer which determines train positions, and switches controllers to sections accordingly.
